Growler filled at the brewpub yesterday.
Poured into an imperial pint glass, formed a 1" bright white head over the clear golden brew. Head fall rather quickly, with average to good lacing. Aroma is sweet pale malt with touches of fruitiness. Taste follows the nose, sweet grains upfront, touches of plum in the middle, and a lightly bitter close. Mouthfeel is totally smooth, and drinkability is excellent. One might expect a chick drink, but this one is well-crafted, not much to hide off character here. Nice brew.
