Growler filled at the brewpub the other day.
Poured into an imperial pint glass, formed a 1" off-white head over the clear bright coppery brew. Head is snap-crackle-popping as it falls down to a tighter layer of foam, with average lacing. Aroma is clean and balanced. Taste is nutty and lightly sweet upfront, with moderate but approachable bitterness coming on later. Mouthfeel is extremely crisp and clean, and drinkability is very easy. A good example of a somewhat unrepresented style.
