Copenhagen 25/5 2026. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Can in Det Lille Bryggeri's usual design in Christmas colors and with a Christmas tree thrown in for good measure.
Pours golden amber with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty and a little sugary odor mingling with a scent of citrus fruit. Caramel abd honey, Peach and apricot. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
It's gonna be a tart Christmas.
