Copenhagen 11/6 2024. 50 cl bottle from Larsen Specialiteter, Bredgade, Herning. What looks like melted flowing chocolate on the label.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds leaving no foam behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a lightly sweet odor of dark malts soon overpowered by an earthy and bitter fumes. Dark chocolate, leather and cocoa. Dry bitter vibe.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone dry.
Stout with a very dry twist. Like very dark chocolate.
