Copenhagen 22/12 2022. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Det Lille Bryggeri's usual design with sun peeking out behind a cloud on the label.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as lumpy, uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty, fruity and floral scent. Stone fruit. Peach and apricot. Pear and cider. A bit of caramel. Elderflower.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and fruity. A bit thin. Lingers for a short while. Finish is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Watery.
Easy to drink, sweetish NEIPA.
