Copenhagen 26/6 2020. 50 cl bottle from Vild med Vin webshop. Some corn ears and twirling smoke with a shining sun in the background.
Pours unclear maroon with a small off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet maltiness and a distinct smoky odor. Sweet malts, caramel, smoked peat. Lighter odor of salty licorice peeking in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, greasy, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a. ore moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet-ish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is salty and lightly peaty.
Nice nose but a bit flat tin flavor.
