Collaboration with Pulpit Rock Brewing Company.
All Together is a collaboration between American Pulpit Rock and Det Lille Bryggeri. Back in May 2024, the American brewery visited Denmark and also Det Lille Bryggeri, where we set out to brew a completely crazy beer together. It became a Double Mashed Long-Boil Barley Wine, which is released in 3 versions (Barrel Aged, Walnut, Hazelnut and Chocolate). OG: 1,128. FG: 1,038.

Copenhagen 26/10 2025. 50 cl waxed and capped bottle from Maius Mortensens Eftf. Dark brown label with some walnuts and some abstract drawing of a cloudy landscape.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sugary sweet, malty odor mingling with a strong scent of sweet alcohol. Sweet dark malts, brown sugar, hazelnuts and walnuts. Dark liqueur.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong, sugary sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sugary and sweet, Lingering. Finish is a sugary bonanza.
A very sweet and modestly nutty Barleywine.
