Copenhagen 13/2 2018. 50 cl bottle from Kihosk, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Label with the Danish Flag to signify that the beer is a double 40 year birthday celebration.
Pours hazy - almost opaque - yellow with s big white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is pretty intense. Sweet, Fermented fruit, tart sour notes with lemon and grapefruit. Fruity.
Soft yet prickly carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor has medium sweet and followed by prominent, kind of aggressive bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and finish dry.
This is a pretty good way to celebrate a birthday.
