Santa's Dream is a Christmas IPA that balances between bitter and sweet. This makes even Santa Claus dream away from snow and sleet and to warmer and more exotic climes. The color is golden with white foam, and in the aroma you can clearly sense that this is a beer with a large hop profile and good depth. Ideal to enjoy during the sweet Christmas season.

Copenhagen 23/3 2026. 44 cl can from Best of Beer web-shop. Drawing of a suntanned Santa in a hammock with bottle of beer on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden amber with a big head. Stable. Settles as a uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is sweet and a bit perfumed. Subdued citric notes. Sweet peach, ago and some sugar. Flowerbed. Whiff of citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, a bit viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit flat and way too sweet.
