Magic Christmas Gift in a Can is a powerful Belgian-inspired Christmas brew. The color is dark and there are notes in the aroma and taste of plums, figs, dates, caramel and chocolate.

Copenhagen 27/3 2026. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Drawing of Santa, Rudolf and a lot of green bottles trying to fit in a chimney.
Pours opaque, murky dark mahogany with a mid-sized off-white head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet dark fruits mingling with a surprisingly strong tart and sourish scent. Raisins and toffee. Tart currants and sour grains. Some alcohol lurking in the background as sweet dark liqueur.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart edge. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A quite bitter Christmas gift.
