Dense, hazy blood orange color. Very light head with no lacing. Lots of bubbles.
Strong citric, acidic aroma with fresh, unripe strawberries and rhubarb. Not much funk or wood notes.
Highly acidic, puckering, drying palate; citric in flavor. Plenty of strawberry and rhubarb add a subtle sweetness. Warhead like. Again, minimal wood or funk notes.
Moderate body. Acid sucks all moisture from the mouth, tongue and seemingly teeth. Highly carbonated.
Very good. Would have liked a little less acid and a little more wood and funk.
