Got this one from the Duvel guy in Utrecht
From a 16oz can into a pint glass
IBU: 20
Best before 29 June 2019
Ale with milk sugars, cocoa nibs and peanuts
APPEARANCE: Clear brown pour yields a two finger, slightly thinner looking, foamy, light tan head with okay retention. Bistre brown body with no real carbonation evident. Head recedes to a splotchy wisp and ring with some visible carbonation up to the top. Ring remains but leaves no real lacing down the glass.
SMELL: Peanuts for sure. Creamy peanut butter, milk chocolate and cacao, with vanilla cream notes as well. Bold stuff.
TASTE: Peanut butter, milk chocolate, cacao, and vanilla cream up front. Sweet and flavorful. Bolder finish of peanuts, vanilla cream, milk chocolate and cacao and some caramel sweetness lingers nicely on the palate. This is like peanut brittle cookies.
PALATE: Medium body and carbonation. Creamy enough on the palate, goes down smooth and finishes a bit dry.
OVERALL: This is super delicious stuff. It reminds of peanut butter cookies with some melted chocolate on top. Nice feel, just like the rest of the beers in this series. So far this one is perhaps my favorite of the bunch, and it’s definitely worth a try if you’re a fan of lower ABV peanut butter stouts. Cheers!

Pours a brown color with a foamy tan head that lasts quite a while. Aromas of peanuts, chocolate, caramel and vanilla. Taste is sweet with the peanuts, the chocolate, and a hint of caramel, up front. Creamy and smooth.

Smell is all there with the creamy sweet peanut butter, but the taste doesn’t quite deliver. On taste, the peanut comes late, and the body is thin. One is plenty for this version, but it is better than some of the others in the 12 days pack.

Pours dark brown. Thick, short tan head that fades slowly.
Smells peanuts, chocolate, nutty, caramel, vanilla and slightly earthy.
Taste sweet milk chocolate, nutty, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, light roasted malt . Taste almost like a Nutty bar. Finishes dry with a roast linger. Medium body and lightly fizzy medium carbonation.

16 ounce can into pint glass, best before 7/3/2019. Pours fairly crystal clear very dark reddish brown color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky khaki head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, peanuts, vanilla, cream, and toasted brown bread; with light notes of coffee, herbal, grass, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malt, cocoa, lactose, and peanut notes; with great strength. Taste of big milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, peanuts, vanilla, cream, and toasted brown bread; with light notes of coffee, herbal, grass, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Very mild herbal/grassy hop and roast bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, peanuts, vanilla, cream, toasted brown bread, light coffee, herbal, grass, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, cocoa, lactose, and peanut flavors; with a solid hop/roast bitter/sweet balance, and no cloying flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering hop/roast bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and slightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is an awesome English milk stout! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, cocoa, lactose, and peanut flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the minimally bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful for the ABV. Very clean and nicely rich malt complexity; balanced lactose, cocoa, and peanut flavors; and mild earthy hops against sweetness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. One of the best variants so far.

First of the 12 Stouts pack (2018 version) for me.
This one was just okay. Hints of peanuts in the nose and in tasting it. A bit of a nutty, chocolate finish. Body was thin, but that's to be expected from these unfortunately. Not a bad start to this pack, but this could be better.
