A full flavored light in the darkness. Close your eyes and this Blonde Ale with milk sugars, vanilla and white chocolate then cold press brewed with White Pine’s locally roasted Coffee beans will fool you into thinking you’re drinking a darker beer.

16 ounce can, no dating I could find on it but this was part of the winter 2022 12 Days of Milkshake Stout mix pack. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a somewhat hazy dark gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like vanilla, cocoa, coffee and some bready malt. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also a bit of caramel and a slight bitter herbal flavor noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's a bit slick and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. Thought this was a solid overall brew, worth a try if you're able to!

I got a can of this beer from a mixed Christmas holiday 12pck that I bought from my local meijer store. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had vanilla and coffee notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with vanilla and mocha presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer .

This beer is very crisp and slightly sweet. It’s not heavy, but again just a tad sweeter than most beers, but it’s not like dessert.

A- After a reasonably hard pour, I get a dark amber colored brew that has orange, rust and light brown undertones. It is a clear beverage for the most part, with many small particles of debris floating about. The carbonation seems to be quite aggressive, with many rapidly rising columns of large bubbles about. As for the head and lacing, well there wasn't really much of one that formed, and quickly turned into a thin ever changing design of a film due to the heavy carbonation......as well, there is very little in terms of anything clinging to the inside of my glass, but rather a watery film that doesn't allow any sort of foam to stick. Not a particularly impressive looking beer, but oh well I guess.

S- Lovely full aromas of cafe au lait, vanilla infused whipped cream, smooth milk chocolate, vanilla ice cream, light almond nuttiness, white bakers chocolate, marshmallows, caramel sweetness, and on the finish are some damp finely ground coffee beans. In terms of actual beer'y' aromas, I do get robust dark toffee malts, and some dry grassy scent. Its actually quite wonderful overall, and I'm sure I'm missing some but it's just like a sweet vanilla laden dessert!

T- Again, this is really tasty beer! Lingering notes (in no particular order) of white chocolate, milk chocolate, creamy french pressed coffee, huge vanilla cream, marshmallow, muted nuttiness, graham crumb, milkshake/soft serve base, underlying dry grain/grassy notes, brown sugars, muted black dark roast, cocoa nibs and overall has a vanilla-Caramilk flavor. The finish is just slightly clean and/or dry and the chocolate and coffee notes linger on after the taste.

M/O- Medium-full in body and the carbonation, while it does start out quite fizzy, mellows off to become more of a fulfilling zest that just has enough burst to allow the medley of flavors to coat the palate very well. The alcohol is well hidden behind all of the sweetness and I would find this to be a nice drinkable brew, that would pair well with a heavier type of dessert, such as a cream layered cake perhaps, or even a Creme Brulee! Excellent fare and I'm very happy to have experienced this one!

This a delicious coffee infused beer. The roasted bean flavor really comes through kn every drink. The beer drinks very smoothly and definitely has a creaminess that is enjoyable.

Pours a golden color with a foamy white head that lasts disappears quickly. Aromas of chocolate, caramel and vanilla. Taste is sweet with the chocolate, caramel, and the vanilla up front. Creamy and smooth.

This was an interesting beer here. RM stouts are very thin, but as a blonde ale, I think the thin body works. White chocolate dominates the nose and taste. Coffee is pretty faint, but it's there.

Definitely one of the better of the 2018 pack.
