A- 3.0 - A very dark ale, looked more like a porter. Not much head to it, was from draft and head had already settled. No lacing sticks to the side.
S- 4.5 - Wonderful smell, very rich with plenty of spices. Most noticable among them are cinammon, nutmeg and ginger.
T- 5.0 - Taste is even more potent than the smell. Strong taste of cinnamon and nutmeg but an even stronger taste of ginger. It tastes like you are drinking a gingerbread house.
M- 4.5 - Good mouthfeel to it. An assault of tastes while the beer is in your mouth and when that ends, a slight bite for good measure. Just enough to solidify what you just tasted.
D- 4.0 - As well as it tastes and as good as the mouthfeel, the drinkablility isn't where it should be. The spices are a little much after a little bit.
