From the can.

Nose brings wheat and straw. Tartness showing as well. The taste brings a lot of wheat. Dried out, grainy wheat. Some tartness but not too much. Light and refreshing.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 12/21/2019. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, passion fruit, papaya, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light notes of peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, passion fruit, papaya, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light notes of peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light lactic tartness; and herbal, floral, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, passion fruit, papaya, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, fairly acidic, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is a delicious dry hopped kettle sour. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the mellowly acidic/drying finish. Great soft feel, and mildly lactic for the style. Flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance of juicy Citra hops and Lacto complexity; with a great oat/wheat/malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Mild residual sweetness with crisp drying. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive summer beer for the style.
