From the 16oz can in a snifter. This unique brew pours a
dark brown with a decent head of off white foam that settles
to a thin ring with scarce lacing. Nose of sweet chocolate, faint
coffee, and dark roasted malts with cream. Flavors lightly
surpass the nose with dark sweet chocolate, cream, light
coffee notes, and a good dose of vanilla. Mouth feel is
medium, lightly coating, low carbonation, and an unbalanced
sweet finish.
Overall, as a sweet stout goes this one does not impress me
as much as the others I have had from them.

16 ounce can, best by date of 06/19/21 stamped on the bottom of the can. 2020 vintage as part of the 2020 12 Day of Milkshake Stout seasonal pack. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention is good and there's a small amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells mostly like chocolate chips, along with some roasted and bready malt and some cream. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also the addition of some burnt/charred malt flavor. The chocolate chip flavor really comes through, although I'd say it's more like a chocolate chip cookie than a pancake. Minor complaint, no big deal. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. Easy enough to drink. I liked this, definitely lots of chocolate chip flavor!
