16 ounce can, date stamp on the bottom of the can says 06/28/23 but I think that's the best before date since this was a late 2022 release from the Milkshake Stout box. Served in a Spiegelau stout glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch and a half tan head. Head retention is good and there's a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like dark chocolate, roasted malt, cream and bready malt/Oreo cookies. Taste pretty much follows the aroma. Reminds me of Oreo cookies and a bit of coffee too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a little coating and easy enough to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, but people who are bigger fans of Oreo cookies would like this one more. Certainly worth picking up!

You can tell the Oreo taste but other than that it’s a so so pairing

I got a can of this beer from a mixed holiday 12pck that I bought from my local meijer store. It poured an opaque dark with ecru head that is leaving some lace. The scent had oreo deliciousness. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with chocolate cookie malt base and subtle lactose cream flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

A- Pours a dark brown/cola color, and with a modest light caramel colored head, that starts out around one finger thick, before settling into a ring around the inside of the glass. Lacing is pretty much non existent, and the carbonation is much too hard to see....a decent, but unassuming stout

S- Well, if theres another beer out there that smells anymore like an Oreo cookie, please let me know. This is exceptional in terms of the aroma.....pure dark chocolate cookie wafers, icing sugar, vanilla, dark chocolate shavings/cocoa powder, biscuit, yeast, lactose, chocolate malts, muted black coffee....this has it all for what they were going for. The finish is rather clean all things considered.....surprising, but nice!

T- Flavors follow suit to the aromas quite well, but overall it doesn't come across as sweet on the palate, which is something I am rather liking! There are still plenty of chocolatey notes, in pure form, dark chocolate biscuit, chocolate ice cream, cocoa power, creamy vanilla frosting....sweet cream and berry sugar.....beyond these cookie flavors, there are some underlying bittering/astringent chocolate and or black malt bitterness, charred cocoa, americano coffee and a finish that is Earthy, dry and helps balance out all of that cookiness. A very nice flavor example of a sweet stout without being overpowering

M/O- Not as filling as I would have expected....rather more of a medium body....the carbonation is also not as smooth and more plentiful than I also would have expected/liked it to be, but this doesn't impede the overall enjoyment in my opinion. Enjoy this with the namesake cookie (Oreo)....maybe not the milk! Would also pair well with a chocolate cake and does well on its' own too. Is it my favorite Rochester Mills fare....probably not, but it is a very nice milk stout that I would definitely have again....perhaps in my next advent package!!

Pours a dark brown, cola with some ruby hues in the light. Aroma is raisin, chocolate, cream, and baked cookie. Very akin to an Oreo. Taste follows suit with chocolate cookie on the front, a sweet cream middle, and base stout flavors rounding out the bill. Feel is very thin. Alcohol is very low, none of the aspects of this beer are as pronounced as I wish they’d be.
