16 ounce can, dating on the bottom of the can is smudged but I can tell it says sometime in July 2023. That was the best before date since this can was from the late 2022 Milkshake Stout variety box. Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch and a half tan head that stayed around a while. There's also a decent amount of lacing. The brew smells like raspberry candy/syrup, chocolate and roasted malt. Taste is pretty much the same as the aroma, but there's also some berry jam and coffee flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth, a bit creamy and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, might have liked it more if I drank it fresher but that's my fault for not buying this until a few weeks ago. Still worth picking up if you want to try different stouts, think the other ones in this box were a little better.

Thanks to Whyteboar for this one. 16oz can (dated 6/14/22, which I'm assuming is a Best By date, being as how it's 2/5/22 today) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a solid black color with 1-1/3 inch of light brown head that had very good retention and lacing.
A big blast of raspberries at the front of the nose, with a hint of chocolate in the background. All that on top of a solid malt base.
Very similar on the tongue, with addition of a bit of roast on the finish.
The body was was bit light of full, smooth, and had a semi-sweet finish that dried out after a moment.
Drinkability was very good, a nicely easy quaff for sure.
Overall, a pretty nice brew. Certainly worth a shot if you see it.

I got a can of this beer from a mixed Christmas 2021 holiday stouts 12pck that I bought from my local meijer store. It poured an opaque dark with khaki ring head that is leaving some lace . The scent had bright Raspberry notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle chocolate malt base and Raspberry highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

A- Pours a midnight black color (darker than heavier brown shades), and comes with a robust looking, crater filled dense foamy head.....it retains decently and the light tanned top/brown underside eventually settles down to a half finger thick layer. Carbonation is rather hard to see, but when I hold my glass on an angle, I do note some small fizzy bubbles popping underneath in the dark abyss. The lacing is quite nice and sticky looking, with more of a web like structure around the inside of glass. Very decent looking overall.
S- Plenty of raspberry sweetness, jammy qualities, some dark chocolate and/or cocoa, hints of vanilla ice cream, my grandmas/moms/now my wifes' jam jam cookies, with brown sugars, molassess and slight toffee richness. Berry seeds, charred notes and damp soil make up the finish....overall the aroma is mild and reminds me more of a fruit beer than a stout.
T- The flavors are very much of sweet raspberry jam, some muted chocolate, mocha coffee, and raspberry pancake syrup. I lose the jam jam cookie that I encountered in the aromas and the stickiness lingers long after the swallow. The finish is of bittering Earth, roots and becomes somewhat tart. I think overall in this department, the flavors are what was intended, but I don't think it makes for a well refined taste on the palate.
M/O- The body is light/medium, which is underwhelming for this kind of style....the carbonation is alright, not real fizzy, but more than a soft stout like crackle should be. There is no real alcohol astringency in my opinion, which is a good thing, but the drinkability isnt overly high, as I find this one getting harder to enjoy, as it warms up, so I best hurry it up....the flavor gets flabby and fatigues the palate! I could see it being used in some sort of reduction sauce, as there is enough sweetness, or maybe it would be better paired with a chocolate cake, or raspberry fondue, but unfortunately I don't think I need to have this one again.....I don't hate this offering, but it is my least favorite Rochester Mills brew to date....can't win 'em all I guess!

Pours a pitch black with ruby hues when held in light. A finger of mocha foam rises and quickly settles leaving some soapy lacing clinging to the glass. Aroma is coffee; dark chocolate and raspberry seeds. Taste follows suit with a bitter coffee overtone followed by raspberry jam, feel is thin and leave much to be expected. Okay beer overall.
