Quality Michigan Belgian-style. Thin, clingy foam over clouded amber. Nose of grape bubble gum and banana smoothies with a pinch of white pepper. Honeyed malt takes center stage with spicy hops a decent supporting cast. Alcohol manages the stage. Soothes the buds like carbonated mercury. A touch of hefe-like breadiness. I could drink these all night if someone else was driving.
