A- Thick tan head. Dark beers are the best beers.
S- Rich mocha smell.
T- For a dark beer, sweet and extremely smooth. Hint of chocolate and a definative mocha taste.
M- Well bodied and good.
D- Very easy to lose count of how many you've had.

Very nice looking stout here. Nearly black and completely opaque with a small mocha head that fades inot some paper thin lacing and ring around the collar.
Very sweet milk chocolate aroma with some off aromas. Not sure if this stout may be passed its prime. Sweetened vanilla bean, candied plum, mollasses and other sweet syrupy aromas. Just too sweet maybe for my liking.
Well this beer doesn't taste past but just isn't what I like in a stout. Roasty almost smokey flavors. Very thin mouthfeel with a syrupy cloyingly sweet ending. Dark tannic chocolate flavors with vanilla and some espresso type coffee flavors subdued. Blackberry with a bit of blueberry on the finish. If not so cloying and thin I suppose it could be better. Otherwise not a beer I'd pursue again.

A - this offering pours with a dark black stout color with a thin tan head that laces swiftly, my girlfriend ordered the Milk Shake Stout while i ordered this (i ended up drinking both) and i couldnt tell the two apart color and head wise
S - it had a smoky coffee/nutty aroma with chocolate highlights in the bouquet
T - the taste mirrored the aroma, smoky coffee and nutty predominated the flavor with dark chocoalte kicks
M - very smooth and well bodied, like a bit better than the Milk Shake Stout
D - a bit higher than the Milk Shake Stout also due to a slightly lower acidity
