Nice place, modeled after BJ's, Rock Bottom, or similar. Big place with ample seating and average beers, a flight of six 3 ounce pours for $11.50 seems to be a pretty good price nowadays. Drew, the bartender today, was very nice and good at his job.

The venue is huge and cool. The food is decent. The beer is mediocre. Fun place to hang out for dinner with old friends. Not a destination for beer quality alone.

Kind of an upscale BJs, large freestanding building, sort of mountain lodge-ish. Small bar along the right side walls eats about a dozen with multiple other eating areas about the building and on the patio. 7 house beers, the one I had was ok. Buffalo poppers were very tasty. Professional bartender.

Visited the Interquest Parkway location. More of a restaurant that a brewery. Six of their beers on tap. All six were just average. Service was excellent. It is a great setting to enjoy the scenery. Not wild about the beer, probably would not return.

We visited the Roundhouse location after hiking at Pikes Peak. It is located in a (you guessed it) an old roundhouse. Only part of the building still stands but it is great for the atmosphere. The beer is average but the location was perfect at the time.

Large brewpub in downtown Colorado Springs, not far from Garden of the Gods. Built into an old railroad round house, very cool converted building. Quite spacious, room in the bar and seating. About 8-10 beers on tap, available as a six beer taster. Typical bar food menu, pretty good, though not remarkable. Nice place to grab a bite if you are in the area. Pretty good set of beers.

Veronica brought us our happy hour food and beers. The beers were delicious. My wife said her Hefeweisen was the best she has had. My IPA was great. She had the kale Caesar salad and I had the beer cheese and bison chili. Both were great. Stop here whenever you get the chance.

Went to the one on Interquest. Had a 25-30 minute wait which is normal for a Sat. Night. The food was amazing. Had the Bison poppers, the half rack of ribs, and the crème brulee. The beer was about average. The server was very attentive and some of the best service I had in a while. Definitely better than a few of the other places in town that might have better beer.

i like the northern of their two locations, this is a cool spot, under appreciated much like their beer i think. they do a nice mix of innovative beers and more conventional styles, and all of it is pretty solid, if short of mind blowing. it has a sort of upscale restaurant vibe, ski lodge in vail kind of feel, lots of wood, vaulted ceilings with beam trusses and a visible smaller brew house off to the side of the bar. all kinds of seating in here, i bet several hundred people could be comfortable in here at a time. they has a bunch of beers on, maybe eight or so of their own and a number of guest taps as well. i enjoyed the stout on this visit, but have found their hefeweizen to be my favorite of the ones they make all the time. its really good. i have not eaten here yet, but the menu looks tasty. something a little different than the super humble little colorado taproom, and i kind of dig that, but maybe lacking just a little in personality. i think the beer deserves more attention for sure, they do a better job than they get credit for across the board. worth checking on when driving south on i25 to the springs. two locations now too, similar thing happening at each.

Built within the remains of an old steam locomotive roundhouse, the brewpub is conveniently located off the man artery from Colorado Springs heading towards the mountains. There are huge windows that offer nice views of the foothills and Pikes Peak.

There's a decent selection CMB flagship and seasonal beers as well as a good selection of local and regional guest brews on tap.

The food is standard pub fare, cooked well enough though hardly memorable.

A decent enough place.

We attempted to go to their Roundhouse location after a very long hike. The hostess made no attempt to work with our party size (11) despite the number of open tables. after being told is was an hour to hour and a half wait, we gave up and decided to go to the other location which was closer to home.

I called ahead, spoke to Eli. I explained what we were looking for, a place that could eat 11 very hungry people, told him we would be there in about 30 minutes. He was very accommodating, said that while he can't take a reservation, they will be ready for us.

WE showed up in 20 minutes and as promised, a large table was ready. The server (didn't get her name) was great, all orders taken and delivered timely, drinks refilled or new beer orders taken. Two people had their burgers overcooked but the one person for whom that was an issue, the kitchen rectified that right away once brought to their attention. The food was very im funky fresh, the burgers and chili in particular got raves. I wish the beer was as good as everything else but the blonde and amber were decent enough and easy drinking. Overall, they earned plenty of money from us and is a place a large hiking club who frequently has up to 20 people descending on a bar/brewery/restaurant after a hard hike would gladly go again.

Good food, good service and good selection of beer.
Was a little confused that they had a Unibrau Hefeweizen that was their brew and not Unibrou, but it was good

I gotta give it to my nephew, who gets the "Huevos Rancheros Award" on this one. Long ago I coined the phrase "you gotta have the huevos if you wanna have the rancheros sauce." Well, eat an entire plate of ghost chili fries, YOU GET THE AWARD. The food was damn fine, even possibly spectacular. The buffalo jalapeno poppers were out of this friggin' world, the fish tacos great (huge), and the ghost chili fries... well, ask my nephew. I rarely give out a rating such as this for food, but in this case, it's earned.

Beer was tasty. The poppy seed wit was truly wonderful and bizarre. The stout was quite American-ly stout-y. I wish they had more choices for beer. Some guest taps were available tho.

Service was grand. I think I'm in love several times over. Multiple future-ex wives in my future.

Atmosphere was busy but nice. No crappy music playing, lots of bustling activity, and that was mid-afternoon.

Great spot. Highly recommended.

My wife, daughter, and i ended up at Colorado Mountain Brewery out of convenience as it was right down the street from our hotel. It was also on the list of nearby restaurants provided by the hotel.

I really liked the atmosphere - sort of upscale mountain lodge resort type ambience with lots of large wooden beams and stone, plus a lot of space. Tables are nice and big. Seating is really comfortable. I could have stayed there all evening. There are nice covered areas outside as well with some shelter from wind if it becomes an issue. The place overlooks the Air Force Academy and the Pikes Peak is right there for your viewing pleasure. Nice!

It was kind of early in the evening before the non-family crowd gets out so there weren't many folks there yet - a real benefit I've learned over the years. Joel was our server and he was excellent - polite, patient, and knowledgable.

The fair is of good variety. If you can't find something that grabs you, then you're just not hungry. We all had burgers as we were just in that mood and it was early evening. The burgers as you can see from the menu are called "Fourteeners" representative of the several peaks over 14,000 feet in altitude around Colorado. They are 100% Angus beef, big, and pack a wonderful flavor. Everything is pretty much named after something related to the Rocky Mountains, the local area, or Colorado in general. Check out the menu to see what I mean. Everything I saw them bring out looked fantastic.

They have five house brews available year round. (See my review of their Panther IPA, named after an Air Force squadron.) Every Tuesday they release a small one off batch at 5 pm. I think it was a black lager that day, but I was in the mood for IPA.

Value is great for this area! The bill was $28.27! My pint was only $3! Granted, we did not get expensive items, but if you look at the menu you'll see that these guys are more than fair with their prices.

I will definitely go back when the opportunity presents itself. These guys are a pretty new establishment, but I think they'll do well once the word spreads.

Cheers!

This is a huge semi-upscale restaurant/brewery similar in feel to a Rock Bottom, except on steroids. Upon entering, one is greeted by a massive eating room with huge nicely stained wooden pillars, rafters, and an overall "upscale rustic" atmosphere. It definitely feels nice, and the large expanse of the room absorbs some of the noise, making the roar of the people slightly less than at other establishments of this type. There is a fairly large partially covered patio surrounded by glass, and this is where I sat with my wife where we were there. Every table seemed to be full, so the service was spread thin and the waiters and waitresses seemed to be running at all times. The service we did get however was good. The food was average for this class, we both had burgers. Other menu items looked like they would be good as well. The beer I had was better than expected, but nothing to rave about. I would recommend trying the Colorado Mountain Brewery if you like establishments of this type. If this place stays in business, it will likely get better and better as the management learns the ropes. We will go back at some point to see how it is for sure.
