De 32gp. En vaso de pinta inglesa de Ikea. Jugando a Slat the Spire. Correcta, aunque tiene uno la continua sensacion que le falta ese algo especial que da el agua inglesa a este estilo de birras

500ml bottle served into a Pint glass.Enjoyed on Jun´11.Pours light copper in color.Yellowish beige froth, copious & dense.Fairly well retention & nice lacing left on sides.Malty aroma, hints of wood & chocolate underneath.Slightly bready hues,too.Starts with a gentle & sweet bitterness, notes of berries & mildy banana.Kind oily & viscosity sensation. A surprising full body unexpected in a medium ABV beer.Medium-low carbonation.Light scratchy alcohol hues.Esters look like dominating but finally hops win the match leaving an all-around bitterness. Subtle chocolate aftertaste.Very good drinkability & refreshing sensation.Excelent hoppy profile combining bitterness & aroma in a correct balance.
