Recently stumbled across my notes from The Festival 2012. Lets do this!
A - Poured a nice hazy light golden hue with a good one finger creamy white head that fades slowly to leave light retention.
S - Aromas have nice lemon, faint wheat, and some nice sour notes. Quite pleasant and unexpected.
T - Taste is more of the same. Sour in the wheat, okay, I like it! Gentle malts, wheat notes, citrus is somewhat overpowered by the sour/wheat.
M - Mouthfeel is the only let down here, a bit too carbonated for my like has an almost soda-esc carbonation.
O - Overall, really liked the nose and flavour here. Wish beers from Spain were not so expensive...

500ml bottle served in a Shaker glass.Enjoyed on oct´11.Melon yellow in color.Haze appearance.White close & dense crown.Good retention leaving lasting lacing collars.Citrics & hints of melon to the nose, some banana hues.Sour upfront then a pleasant sweet malty flavor comes, subtle spicy hues too.Slightly astringent notes.Medium body.Medium carbonation.Rough but gentle finish.Refreshing.Well balanced flavors.
