Recently stumbled across my notes from The Festival 2012. Lets do this!

A - Poured a nice slightly hazy golden hue with a nice big thick creamy head that fades super slowly and leaves a very, very thick blanket.

S - Aromas are predominantly malts, with very low hops. Truthfully, what I've come to expect from English Pales...

T - Taste though, taste is quite nice. Good pale malts, some subtle spice notes, something foreign to me, perhaps oregano? Kinda weird, but pretty tasty.

M - Mouthfeel has solid carbonation and a very lingering slightly resinous aftertaste.

O - Overall, a solid beer. Just wish the nose wasnt so meh.

Incredible thick, slowly descending, rocky head. Cloudy broth with a greenish pale amber color. Plenty of chunky lace.

Semi-sweet malt sugar smell. Low hop.

Spicy and complex. Starts with a solid pale malt flavor. There's a dollop of Italian spices like thyme, oregano and basil. The hop pepper takes over in the swallow. Good body and carbonation. Long lasting aftertaste.

In all, an exceptional pale ale from Spain.

Hand-pumped keg. ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed on jun´12 –at Mediona Beer Fair 2012- Golden honey color , foggy appearance. Headed by close, creamy froth with fairly good retention. Aromas are floral & earthy with subtle citric touch, hints of green wood –could I felt a peppermint fragancy?- . Earthy bitterness at first sip balanced by moderate mildy malty notes. Astringent touch & oily hues provide satiating & refreshing sensation. Medium body, low carbonation. Pleasant bitter finish & slightly resiny aftertaste. A real Summer Ale perfect as a session, no boring, beer. Very easy drinkability.
