On tap at the Faroe Islands tent at the ONS fair, Stavanger. Served too cold for a Classic, but I fear a slightly higher temperature would not have helped much. Brown colour, moderate creamy white head. The aroma has notes of grassy hops, hints of caramel. Bland flavour, dry and "dusty", just a hint of caramel but not very sweet. Very moderate hops in the finish.

Pours a nice, rusty-copper colour. Smells of dark/toasted malts, bread, figs or other sticky fruits, a kind of sunflower-seed aroma as well, and a bit nutty. Tastes much like it smells, toasted malts, a bit creamy, bread, that sunflower-seed thing, malty, nutty, balanced, and smooth.
