A beer that I liked very curious. Not my style, too soft, strong and a little vest graduation. However, the touch of thyme is very successful and well treated. Carat has a unique and, for that reason alone, it makes it remarkable.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of light cereal notes with light spices notes is not really memorable. Taste is also dominated by grainy and cereal notes with light spice mix that doesn’t overwhelm. Body is about average with good carbonation. I thought the spices were too hidden in the malt profile to really stand out.
