Poured out of 12 oz bottle. It is a dark black beer that has an incredible amount of carbonation. Came flowing out of the top of my glass. Smells like coffee and roasted chocolate. Has a weird alkaline taste like it was brewed with some type of champagne yeast but I cannot verify that. Finishes with a lingering alkaline taste.
