This is truly exceptional, just like all the other reviews say! I was lucky to find this by chance in Prague and ordered a Matuska "Speciál" which turned out to be this outstanding Apollo Galaxy Pale Ale!
Looks nice and unfiltered, straight from the tap. Smells grrrreat, really fresh citrusy hops, very exciting and surprising, the freshness is excellent. Then the taste follows: smooth Pale Ale in the American/West Coast tradition with slightly more citrusy overtones than the average American counterpart. Some hop bitterness follows in the end but in a good balance with the light and fresh fruity taste.
Very well done! The beer mastery of Czech is very well represented here. Would be more than happy to drink this anytime again!

330 ml bottle. Pours golden with tall, long-lasting, fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of bready malt, citrusy hops and ripe oranges. Body is medium and tangy. Herbal hops dominate the palate while pale malt and ripe fruit are in the background. Finish is long and hoppy. Surprisingly very good PA.

Straw color with white head. Aroma is grassy and vegetal with chives and tea. Taste follows, fresh and dank, really easy to drink. Light body with crisp carbonation. A really modern take on an IPA.
