Half-pint on tap at the Euston Tap.
A: Clean gold body under a 1/2" head of fine white foam. Ok retention and lacing. Solid, but less than memorable.
S: Classic - banana, clove, bubblegum (specifically Bazooka, unless I'm much mistaken). Bright, fragrant, and lovely.
T: Bready malt, clove, and tons of bubblegum. Wow that's bubblegummy; I love it.
M: Light body with tons of slightly prickly carbonation that softens out in due time. Nice and lively.
O: Excellent beer. This is my first Czech Weizen, and it easily holds its own against just about any of the Bavarian classics (well, probably not Weihenstephaner). Bubblegum happens to be my favorite of the ester flavors found in Hefeweizens, and this beer delivered it heartily. Highly recommended.
Cheers!
