Chocolate black with thin creamy film that trails.
Chocolate malts and ash on the nose – no hops to speak of.
Caramel, cough drop and cocoa bean up front with orange oil and resin hops. Caramel pear finish and sticky linger.
Medium, chewy, oily.
Nice – just not to style: a bit too big and where are the hops? More like an Imperial Porter.
