Poured from a canned date of yesterday into the test glass.
A - Slightly hazy, bold straw colored backdrop, gently carbonated. Cap of loose knit froth.
S - Earthy nose, a touch of shallot, lemongrass, sweet grains
T - Follows the nose precisely, no surprises.
M - Semi sweet start, carbonation cleans up toward a wonderful dry finish
O - A very good IPA from a talented brewer, the use of the local hops adds a nice touch
