Slightly hazed pale orange color with an off-white head that settles slowly. Aroma of red grapefuit citrus notes. Flavor is hoppy right upfront, full of grapefruit and tangerine. Subtle malt undertone rides beneath, a little grainy. Hops dominate, but this is not a hop monster. Even mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Seems understated for a double, but still a very tasty and drinkable beer.

Apparently resurrected from a long hiatus, I was really interested in tasting this morsel from the Northampton Brewery.
A Golden colored with a light white head, some residual lace.
Aroma citrusy and piny.
Taste is slightly biscuity with hints of the malt backbone. Prevalent citrus notes.
Medium bodied easy drinking IIPA, not certain of the abv, but fairly drinkable. Not sure if I would qualify it as an IIPOA but still good stuff.

Draught: AKA Prenup pale ale: This one pours somewhere between a golden and an amber color. There was a small white head that didnt last long. It left some lacing. The nose has hints of grapefruit and pine. The taste is good. It is neither sweet nor bitter, but you get a full taste of both the malts and the hops. Some pine sneeks through from the hops. Nice.
