Enjoyed a glass with some Raspberry syrup on their Beer Garden deck.
Little to know head topped the cloudy straw colored beer. The addition of the raspberry syrup added a slight pink color.
Aroma was light and a slight tart note to it. A hint of raspberry from the syrup. (They did have two syrup choices... the other was green, fruity and too sweet for my liking)
Beer hit the spot and was exactly as advertised. Light, refreshing and perfect for a nice summer afternoon. Not a great deal of complexity and there isn't supposed to be. Just below the slight tart flavor is a nice light cracker flavor. Finish is a touch of raspberry.
Very light, spritzy and again, refreshing.
I enjoyed it and would have had another.... Had we not had to run to my wife's HS reunion.
Good spot. Always enjoy our visits. there.
