Poured into a snifter this beer has a amber orange thin white fluffy head. Smell of banana, orange, apricot, maple syrup, oak, little bit of sour funk. Taste of oak, funk, tiny bit of sour, slight peppercorn, banana, . Overall very nice light to moderate mouthful with a thin but crisp taste.
