I sampled a small glass at the brewery on tap. It was coffee black and had a thick light brown head. Smelled like well roasted malt. It was almost creamy like a thin milkshake. A nice bitter roasted flavor with some warmth from the alcohol content. Good beer. I'm not sure how often it comes out but I'll ask next time I'm there.
