on tap, served in a pint glass.
a - light, hazy orange in color with a thin cap of head. no lacing present.
s - toasted bread, grapefruit, orange zest, grassy hop profile.
t - sweet and toasty malt character with notes of grapefruit. has a piney bitterness that hangs on the tongue. standard ipa flavors but well executed.
m - lighter side of medium with the right amount of carbonation.
o - pretty enjoyable and fits the style. a solid beer, but not really bringing anything to the table. would order again.

On tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass.
A - Pours a burnt orange color with half a finger's worth of white head. Lacing remains through the entirety of the beer.
S - Aroma is of piney hops, with just the slightest hint of citrus to support it. Not a whole lot behind that, and not overly potent, but pleasant nonetheless.
T - As any good beer should, this one really shines in the taste. Super bitter, piney hops, with a nice backing of citrus to give this more balance. Also a hint of a hop funk as in a Centennial IPA, which also seems to work well with this one. Hands down the best tasting beer I've has from Royal Oak Brewery.
M - Little to no bite, very smooth going down. Very pleasant.
O - Overall very impressed by this one. A nice branching out attempt by Royal Oak.
