Good beer, and a cool little brewery.
It didn't look like the Mona Lisa, but it wasn't displeasing either. I don't like the Mona Lisa, anyway. Smell was nice, and offered a sneak peek of the flavor. Light citrus flavor and not too acidic. More lemon flavor than orange. Lemons are always welcome. Higher carbonation makes it hard to drink a lot of it, but definitely a good beer.
When I'm there, I'll usually order one. They're often out of it, so it's clearly popular as well.

Kind of an odd darkish yellow color. Hazy and thick, you can't see through it. It smells like grassy bananas to me. My wife thought she detected licorice. I didn't pick up on that at all. It tastes much the way it smells but with a lingering aftertaste that I don't particularly care for. I've had better wheats. Royal Oak brewery has great beers. This is my least favorite of them all.

Served with a lemon wedge, little head, left some lacing and hazy yellow in appearance. The lemon wedge was left sitting dry (this beer really did not need more citrus as I was to discover). Aroma was very fruity, mostly of citrus balanced with different grains. The taste was of citrus, some grass notes and wheat. Very high in carbonation, it tingles from start to finish.

On tap at the source. Not a bad brew. Poured out to medium golden color with a nice head of white foam. Lace is present. Medium level of carbonation. Aromas of fresh wheat, grain, bread. Taste is comparible to the aroma. Nice flavors of light malt and wheat intertwined with a subtle sweetness and grain note. Mouthfeel was light, smooth and enjoyable. Drinkability is north of average.

Hazy, caramel yellow colour with a short white head. Retention seemed to be diminished due to the (unrequested) addition of a lemon slice to the edge of the glass. Bready, yeasty aroma with a bit of citrus and vanilla. Sweet wheat flavour with just a bit of spice. Mild citrus grows into the short finish. Medium/light body, ample carbonation. Easy drinking. Not an exceptional wheat beer, but certainly above average.
