Starts with a blonde muddiness that doesn't allow light to pass despite the pale color. Modest head, but it lasts leaving a blanket of lace after each sip.
A strong bouquet do wheat. Classic for the style.
Served semi-warm--nice touch. Mildly sour behind the strong wheat flavor. Sour swallow and very brief aftertaste. Relatively thin for the style...High carbonation.
