On tap at Wolf Creek Brewing in Valencia, CA.
Described as a session IPA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy patches of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and grapefruit juice aromas. Taste is much the same with earth and citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is tasty, but has a very earthy bitterness that lingers long after each sip.
