Sampled 11/12/2010 at the brewpub. From the menu:
"An American-style I.P.A. with all the flavor of a big I.P.A. but less alcohol. Session beers, originally brewed in England, are beers that still give you big flavor but are lighter on the alcohol content, allowing you to knock back a few in the pub without getting too drunk. Big hop flavor and bitterness combines with just enough malt to make for a great, drinkable ale.
Hops: Cascade, Chinook, Amarillo
Alcohol: 4.5%
I.B.U.'s: 62"
Pours golden yellow, slightly hazy, white head, great lace, decent retention.
Aroma is citrusy and mango with a little malt and a bit watery.
Flavor is very light, orange, peach, and mango. Very bitter for something so light. High CO2.
Body is very light and very drinkable.
