On tap at Wolf Creek Brewing in Valencia, CA.

Pours a hazy honey orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, spice, yeast, citrus, and honey aromas. Taste is much the same with buttery and spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer that has a decent smell but the butter aspect in the flavor is odd.

Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. Strong banana aroma, a definite alcohol, strong cumin, and some sweet citrus. Mildly spicy (other than the cumin, of course), some caramel maltiness, and a bit of toast. The flavor is fairly sweet with a lot of candied citrus, caramel, and sugar notes. Strong cumin, orange, and a bit of clove/coriander. Not really a big fan of the cumin in this. Just a bit too earthy for me.
