On tap at Wolf Creek Brewing in Valencia, CA.
Pours a murky, dirty brown with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Thin streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, overripe banana, and spice aromas. Taste is much the same with a banana bread flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with some tasty flavors that make it easy to drink.
