From the 650 ml bottle. Sampled on January 25, 2015. A bit out of season but I grab Prodigal brews when I can find them.
Cloudy copper-amber pour with huge cream colored head.
Aroma of buttery yeast, sweet pale malts, and clean dry hops.
Medium to heavy body.
Same roasted malt character in the taste with a slightly surprising bitter bite.
