On tap at the NH Brewers fest. 4 oz served in a small glass poured a deep amber color with a thinnish off white head that slowly dissipates to a cap. Smells of sweet pilsner malt with a fair amount of caramel and dark sugar very malty with a hint of alcohol. Sweet malty flavor with lots of dark sugars and a hint of earthy floral hop flavor. Medium to thick body with a light to moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. This is a nice bock slightly sweet with just enough floral hops to keep it from cloying. I'm dying to see what can happen when this brewery starts to really get things going.
