On tap at the NH Brewers fest. 4 oz served in a small glass poured a deep dark brown color with a thinnish off white head that slowly dissipates to a cap. Smells of sweet pilsner malt with a fair amount of dark fruits, dark sugar, molasses, and a hint of alcohol and earthy hops. Sweet malty flavor with lots of dark fruit and sugars with a fair amount of ethanol. Medium to thick body with a light to moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. This is a big brew, highly flavorful, deceptively potent and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Bottle some beer will you!
