From the 650 ml. bottle. Sampled on July 1, 2014.
The pour is a cloudy pale yellow with a short-lived white head.
Aroma of thin wheat and sour malt esters.
The body is thinner than I hoped but not bad.
The taste has a mild sourness to it that does not cause me to pucker up like similar brews can. I found it to be quite drinkable on this 92 degree sunny day.

Appearance: Arrives with a honey color and a moderately sized head that leaves a few strips of lace
Smell: Toasted wheat bread and tart elements
Taste: Toasted wheat bread, up front, with a sour finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A very nice example of the style

I really enjoyed this true-to-type Berliner Weisse.
A: very pale yellow color, ever so slight haze, poured with copious creamy head that kept thin lacing nearly to end
S: medium nose, grassy, lemony, sour, very nice
T: nicely balanced, good tartness with some grassy undertones and earthy qualities
M: very drinkable and refreshing
O: this is one of the better made Berliner Weisse in the country, well done
