Had the Quad in a flight with 3 other beers and it was by far the best. Very likable beer with no off flavors. Very malty backbone with limited hoppiness that made it very drinkable. Not as sweet as most quads that I'm used to but it worked very well. When it was brought to our table there was no head but that was probably because the waitress was a little slow. Very clear with a nice golden color. Slight spicy hop nose with a sweet malt character. Flavor was very smooth and enjoyable with a very slight yeasty warmth.
