The beer available at Applebee's in Wisconsin. Named after the folkloric Hodag of northern Wisconsin. Great legend, not so great beer. Advertised as "A new craft wheat beer made as big as the legend. Golden, cloudy, and medium bodied, it has a deep rich flavor and is remarkably refreshing. Its wonderful hops are perfectly balanced by hints of citrus and pure Wisconsin clover honey." Wow, they really think highly of their beer. I don't. It was just simply not good.
It is brewed under the "Lead Feather Brewery" nametag, although I believe it is brewed in the O'so brewery.
Best thing about the beer is the awesome tap head. I'd buy one if I could. As for the beer, I'll be sticking to Dancing Man for my wheat beer needs.
