these guys have apparently been around here for quite a little while, and they have a rad space, but i have missed it until now due to them keeping some real limited hours. its a great space, an older building a black from the center of town, i am surprised it wasnt more busy on a saturday afternoon. open with high ceilings, exposed brick, and tons of space in a front to back orientation, with just a small bar and an even smaller selection of beers on tap. they had just three or four of their own when i was in, but it seems like things change fairly frequently which is nice. i got to chat with their brewer, who really has his heart in it and seems to be pushing for new flavors, not sure what the beer was like before his time, but i liked the two beers i had in here decently well. neither changed my life, but a summer wheat beer was nice and refreshing and not at all generic, and their hazy ipa was better than many others from here in idaho i have had so far during my time here. i think it hasnt always been the case, which might keep them under the radar, but this is both a cool place to hang out and a spot where the beer seems almost relevant. i enjoyed my brief hang, and will be back when i am in town and they are open. dont overlook these guys.

Great selection of beers, friendly and chill environment, an engaging bartender, and a satisfied customer. This is one place that I enjoy visiting on a regular basis. Cheers!

I found this place during the week of the big solar eclipse. All of the house brews seemed to be trying to link to the event and only two of their brews were the normal offerings. I had some tastes of various beers and thought they were good. About half the taps were from other area breweries that I was already familiar with. So I was a bit let down by that circumstance. Otherwise the place looks nice service is excellent and I was able to chat with the owner for quite awhile. I gave the food a three because I didn't have any during this visit. I need to revisit in the fall to try the Hangfire IPA which is a seasonal offering.

This place was great! I wanted to rate their sour, which is not listed on beeradvocate. Definitely a hidden gem of a brewery-- the locals I asked for directions either didn't think they had a taproom or didn't think Twin Falls had a brewery, but here was a place that would stand out in even the beeriest parts of Oregon.
Their sour-- the oldest kegging of their batch-- was fantastic, looked like a crisp, clear, tawny Pale Ale with a barnyard nose, full malty flavor (without being sweet) and a perfect balance between funky and lacto flavors. I also had one of the porters which was alright, tasted like brown malt and american ale yeast... not problematic, but simple, even despite being a coffee porter. The sour more than made up for it!! One of the best I've had period, counting those from Brussels.

This place apparently isn't open anymore. Spent an hour trying to find them and none of the locals or nearby businesses had ever heard of them. You can buy their beer in stores and on tap in a few places but after searching for quite some time to find bottled beer after I couldn't get it at the brewery it was a bit pricey. After searching long and hard I couldn't not try it so I bought their amber and almost dumped it out. The bottom of the bottle was 1/4 hop trub or other oily residue. The flavor was nothing to write home about. Don't waste your time or money!

This is a great little, and fairly new, place we discovered whilst looking for a place to eat in downtown Twin Falls.
It occupies a smallish old building on the edge of downtown, with a bar and dining area in the front and a couple outside tables on the side near the entrance. They apparently brew the beer in the back and have a joint operation with a cafe on the same site that is technically separate but which provides the food. There is a stage and music area and they have live music, etc., in the evenings.
As for beer, they have about 15 or so taps (I neglected to count them actually), of which three are devoted to their own beer. The rest are a pretty good range from macro lagers to a couple imports to several micro brews of various types and origins.
Their own beer, at least based on the ones I tried, are really good. They have at least a dark amber ale, a pale lager type, a coffee porter and at least couple others not available at the time. Their beers are identified by handwritten paper labels taped to the tap handles.
Service is exceedingly friendly and helpful, if not overly polished, this not being a problem considering the good points.
The food was a limited menu of a few wraps, burgers, hot dogs, and other similar limited items, however the food is excellent, prepared with great care and quality, making it a lot better than the simple menu would imply.
We had the veggie burgers, house-made and handformed to order, and they were simply outstanding. Our kids had regular mini burgers and hot dog, all prepared very well. This is simply a wonderful place to which we would happily go if in the area again and I highly recommend giving it a go if looking for beer in the Twin Falls area.
