On-tap 6/22/10 at Rose Alley Ale House in New Bedford, MA, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a pale gold color, with a short dense white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is of very light malts, touches of fruit & grain and a faint bit of hops.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of grain and a light malt character. Then some caramel and citrus sweetness comes in. The hops presence is very mild and brings a little bit of balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly bready.
M: Smooth and crisp, light body, medium carbonation, finish is clean and dry.
D: Tasty, goes down very easily, not filling at all, very mild kick, good representation of style, this is a decent beer to pound down a lot of if you want something very light, but with more flavor than a macro.
